The Heart of Life

I'm going on a pilgrimage to Montreal starting this morning at 5am.  I am hoping this will help me clear my mind and my heart.  My trip is dedicated to my dear friends at Notre Dame, for their success, for their happiness, for a fruitful and long-lasting friendship for all of us.
